Twenty repos for AI video, agent video skills and ComfyUI workflows, pulled from the GitHub search API on Oct 14 2026.
We ran the GitHub search API for 'video agent', 'ai video', 'video-generation', 'remotion', 'seedance', 'comfyui video', 'video mcp' and 'video skill claude', plus repos created in the last 90 days. Results were sorted by stars and de-duplicated. The full ranked list, with links, is in the sources box below. Star counts are approximate and will drift.
Patterns: the top of the chart has split into end-to-end agent systems (OpenMontage, ViMax, Toonflow, waoowaoo) and code-to-video renderers (Remotion, HyperFrames). The fastest risers are agent skills, small installable packs for Claude Code and Codex such as video-use, video-shotcraft and the Seedance prompt skills.
Caveats: stars measure attention, not quality, and several repos jumped by thousands of stars within weeks. We left out a watermark-removal tool on purpose, and we flag face-swap tooling. Nothing here has been tested by us yet.
